This workflow was developed to solve to issues with Virtual Reality video. High Quality 360 video experiences need to be either downloaded to a mobile phone with limited space, or view low quality video live stream. Also in 360 video the experience is static in that the viewer can’t change their perspective in the experience. They are locked in the perspective of the VR camera and can’t explore an environment. We recreated a concert hall with live footage being projected in the environment that allows for the user to get the experience of live video as well as an interactive 3d environment.
